However, once you complete the machining and assemble the lower into a functional firearm, you must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding possession, use, and transfer. Please check your local regulations before ordering, as some states and municipalities have restrictions on 80% lowers. We ship to all states where these components are legal to own. The lower parts kit and buffer tube are standard firearm components and ship with the receiver.
