What ammunition does this frame run best with?
Based on our staff’s hands-on experience, this frame runs flawlessly with standard 115gr and 124gr ammunition. We did note one hiccup during testing with a specific 147gr subsonic load, so we recommend sticking with common range ammo weights for optimal reliability.
What else do I need to complete this build?
You will need a compatible P80 drilling jig, a hand drill or drill press, and a file or milling tool to finish the frame. You will also need a complete parts kit (slide, barrel, internals, etc.) for a Gen 3 Glock model. All tools and parts are sold separately.
Is the frame serialized?
No. This is an unfinished 80% frame. It is not a firearm and does not have a serial number. It becomes a firearm only after you complete the manufacturing process. Always check your local and state laws regarding the manufacturing and ownership of unserialized firearms.
